Why do we engage our self into relationships?

WHY?

Because we always have the need to be fulfilled? And we are always in need of someone to fill a certain void in our lives? I'm still figuring it out myself as well.

Generally, humans are social beings and because we are social being, we crave deep connection with another human. We have this primal need to share our experiences with someone who understands us. We also have this need to be validated by someone who won't judge us. In other words, we need that one person who knows us inside and out, and despite our shortcomings, will continue to love us anyway.

because we know that in doing so we can be better persons. yes, we cannot be better than our selves--alone, but with another person, we can can be. it is intuitive that when we stop growing with the person, the relationship will lose its meaning.

i think its inherent in nature, not only for humans but the whole of creation in fact, to find some sort of partnership.

cheer up! not because we lost in one battle means we lose the war.

as they always says: malawak ang dagat, maraming isda!

cheers!
